Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of melenyn.com (the "Site"), operated by Melenyn, Inc. ("Melenyn", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is an informational, pre-launch website describing an accounts receivable automation product that is under development. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a service agreement, or a commitment that any feature, price, or launch date described here will be delivered as described. Product details, pricing, and timelines may change before launch.
Requesting early access by email does not create a contract between you and Melenyn. Any future use of the Melenyn product will be governed by a separate agreement provided at that time.
2. Acceptable use
You may browse the Site and share links to it. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, probing or testing it for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping it at abusive volume, or using it for anything unlawful.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and the Melenyn name and logo, are owned by Melenyn, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law (for example, fair use or quoting with attribution).
4. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party products. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. A link or reference is not an endorsement.
5. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melenyn, Inc. and its officers, directors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
7. Changes to the Site and these terms
We may change or discontinue the Site at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time; when we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
